Founded on Technical Expertise
Wetpipe Pipelining Technology Systems (Pty) Ltd was established in 1999 by Johan Schutte, drawing on decades of experience in the steel and polymer pipeline industries. From the beginning, the company was built on a foundation of hands-on technical knowledge — not theory, but proven field expertise.
Registered as 2002/003792/07, WPTS began operations from Pretoria, serving the mining and water sectors with specialist HDPE and steel pipeline systems. The early years were defined by direct involvement — every project personally overseen, every weld inspected, every installation completed to exacting standards.
