Direct Leadership Involvement
At WPTS, there is no gap between management and execution. Both directors are directly involved in every project — from initial site consultation through to final handover and commissioning.
Stefphan Schutte
Stefphan is a qualified Boilermaker with extensive field experience across the full range of WPTS pipeline services. He oversees all operational execution — from fabrication workshop production through to on-site installation and commissioning.
His hands-on involvement ensures every project meets WPTS quality standards. He personally supervises critical installations and is directly responsible for production scheduling, site coordination and crew management.
Areas of Expertise
Johan Schutte
Johan brings over 30 years of experience in the steel and polymer pipeline industries. His career spans the full spectrum of pipeline engineering — from material specification and hydraulic design to commercial negotiation and supplier integration.
His expertise covers HDPE systems across all grades (PE63, PE80, PE100), lined steel specifications for mining applications, and the technical compliance requirements that govern pipeline infrastructure in Southern Africa.
