Steel Pipeline Systems
WPTS fabricates and installs steel pipeline systems for high-pressure, high-temperature and structurally demanding applications. Our steel capabilities include pipe cutting, rolling, welding, spooling, coating and complete on-site installation.
All steel fabrication complies with SANS 719, with materials sourced from SABS approved suppliers and manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities. We deliver complete turnkey steel pipeline systems — from workshop fabrication through to site welding and commissioning.

Workshop Fabrication
Complete pipe fabrication including cutting, rolling, welding, flanging and assembly of spools, manifolds and special pieces.
Pipe Spooling
Pre-fabricated pipe spools assembled in controlled workshop conditions for rapid on-site installation and quality assurance.
Surface Coating
Protective coatings including epoxy, polyurethane, bitumen and hot-dip galvanising for corrosion protection.
On-Site Welding
Field welding by qualified welders using MMA, TIG and MIG processes. All welds inspected to SANS 719.
Structural Steelwork
Pipe supports, saddles, thrust blocks, anchor points and structural frameworks for above-ground installations.
Shutdown Services
Pre-fabricated replacement spools for rapid installation during planned shutdown windows. Emergency repair capability.
